The SerpentWar Saga
Starting with Shadow of a Dark Queen this series of four booksfollows the tale told so far in the Riftwar Saga and also in the legacy books Prince of the Blood, and The Kings Buccaneer.
The SerpentWar Saga follows the invasion plans of the emerald Queen for the Kingdom with the army she is gathering in Novindus. The main characters of this story are Eric Von Darkmoor the illegitemate son of Otto von Darkmoor and Roo Avery. Along with various others the task of preparing the kingdom for the coming iinvasion falls to them.
The storyline is everything that I've come to expect of Ray, Bloody Brilliant!
The characters are well written and believable, the battles are superb and some of the twists in plot very unexpected. Again this is a must series to read.
With Ray to embark on another series soon, I can only say "HURRY UP I'M DYING TO READ IT!!!!!"
