Your Dream

 I'm sending you a dream,
Not of the impossible kind.
But a dream worth believing.
If you just close your eyes,
I'll reach out and take you there.
If only you'll trust me now,
You will find that its not too hard.
Open your heart,
 And you will hear,
The soothing sounds,
Of soft water falling,
And calming, cool nighttime calls,
 The sleepless wind whispering
 Can you smell,
New Shawn grass,
 And ancient wood,
 The pollens of flowers,
 Yet unseen.
 Now lay down your head,
 Upon the soft ground,
And you will feel me near,
That breath behind you,
 Is me.
 As the breeze moves onward,
Across your face.
 And over your flesh.
That feeling at your feet,
 I am there.
I kiss you so lightly,
About your mouth,
Your not quite sure,
I really did.
I murmur a word,
Just past your ear,
Your not quite sure,
The moment was true.
I blow a breath,
Through your hair,
And trace invisible words,
All over your chest.
Is all I can do now.
But lay down mine head,
Right next to yours,
And share,
With you,
This dream,
 Of mine.
