Hard Love

Hard Love

Soft, is the candle burning,
Bright, as in some excasy.
I can see inside
Your dilated eyes,
With pure thoughts.
Making love by the moon light,
Neither you nor I,
Instruct those perfect actions,
 Of lovers rights.

hard, is the howling wind,
 Cruel, as in some brawl.
 I can hear those,
Voices of no mercy,
With piercing mockery,
Snickering at what they disagree,
It be you and me
That they disrespect, don't understand.
O, how I wish the wind would stop.
