This is the first demo I against I recorded. Nothing much to say about it. They distributed it themselves.

The second demo was called 'I against I.' It was distributed by Commercial Suicide (Dutch label). It was this one (plus also some great performances on some festivals) that got the attention of some record labels. Finally they signed on Epitaph and they were the first European (no not Millencolin) band to sign a contract on Epitaph.

The EP 'Top of the World' was I against I's first release on Epitaph and is only available in Europe. It was recorded in The Netherlands by Frank Reijgersberg. It features a rocking cover of 'I wanna hold your hand' originally by the Beatles.

I against I first full-length was recorded and mixed in the Blasting Room, Colorado by Stephen Egerton and Bill Stevenson (All/Descendents). It contains 14 songs that are summary of what I against I have done their first 4 years. On the 13th of February 1998 'Headcleaner' was released on Epitaph-Europe (6th of October in the USA).

'I'm A F***ed...' was recorded in the studio 'Pablo Y Pablo' in Tienen, Belgium by Theo van Rock and Peter Rave (they also recorded Rollins Band, Urban Dance Squad). The sound has changed from 'Headcleaner' and gives I against I more an identity. More experimental, drumcomputers and less distortion make this album almost unique. It isn't the standard Epitaph-sound you hear in 'Headcleaner' but it still rocks as hell! It was released in Europe on the 22nd of October (if I remember it correctly) and will be released in the USA around summer 2000.

I against I also feature on 'Punk-O-Rama 3' ('Ordinary Fight' except in Europe: 'Nailed to the Floor') and 'Punk-O-Rama 4' ('Best Place In The World To Leave' in Europe) and on the 'Vans of the Wall Sampler' ('Ordinary Fight').
