Whenever anything happens in Ankh Morpork CMOT Dibbler will turn up to sell them meat pies, sausage inna bun, or anything else he can get his hands on, even if they may not technically be his to sell in the first place. Dibbler could almost be as much of a regular in the Discworld books as Death. Throughout the books Dibbler has dabbled in many other lines of business. He took over the running of the clickies from the alchemists in Moving Pictures, and the Band with Rocks in, managed to attract him as a manager in Soul Music. He is also known as Grand Master Lobsang Dibbler the owner of mail order lessons in self defence classes that Magrat briefly turned to in an attempt to find herself. It is very hard to see how Dibbler makes any money as he is always cutting-his-own-throat when making a sale. One person did miss him immensley though and that was Rincewind, who, when he first got back from is desert island in Interesting Times went running through Ankh and ate three of Dibbler's Sausage inna Bun and still managed to live, and avoid paying.
