Dizney Humor!!
Hey!! You made it here!!! Well, here's the poop... Seems those Zany, Wacky People in the Disney Art Department just CAN"T pass up the opportunity to have a little fun with Their characters... here's the things I've aquired from here at the DISNEY MGM Studios..Hope ya enjoy these!!
The HERCINATOR!!
This is a referigerator magnet that lasted all of a week and a half in the stores here at the studios.. I grabbed mine JUST before it was pulled from them!! (And in front of me were 3 gals from Disney Animation that just HAD to buy about 30 of these things!!) The joke being told was:
That's not his Dinky... it's gotta be a foot!! Guess that's "herculean"!!
BTW: I JUST found a resource for some of these, but they are selling them for $10 a pop.. and you'd have to add tax and shipping if you'd like one.. They don't have many, but just drop me a line if yer interested.....

OK, here's da poop on this one.. I'm the guy who did the Tinkerbell computer animation for DisneyWorld's Spectromagic parade. (You might have seen her waving at ya on the Peter Pan float near the end..Anyway, while visiting Feature Animation, I was in the office of the artist who was doing the rough pencils for Tink... and saw this black and white sketch he had done a year earlier...to make a long story short, he xeroxed me a copy, and I've scanned it, and cleaned it up (much like the Tink on the parade float!!)

At Least so I thought.. turns out the guy who gave me Tink wasn't the original animator. A month or two after I posted this (gosh, about a year ago!) I got an email from the REAL animator, and he wasn't happy with it being posted here.. though not for the reasons you might think.. He just felt the original art was rough, and not his best form.. and he REALLy didn't like the bad coloring job someone had done on her (turns out it was me.. Hey! I was still learning photoshop!!) Anyway he said some day, he'd do a newer better version.. and here she is!!
I like Both.. the new one is MUCH cleaner and much more "Disney Quality" but the old one (for me) holds sentimental value, so I still like her...
TO The Animator: The email address you used is not valid so I couldn't email you back... I Guess at the file format and was right, but wasn't sure if the pc version here was the right aspect ration.. are the horiz. and vert. right looking to you?? Oh, and I hope you like the new coloring job I did as well...:)) if not LMK and I'll remove it asap..a valid email address would be nice, and I need to know if you want a credit of some type listed here. (I'm not listing your name or affiliation.. you kno whow THEY are sometimes..) ;)) Hope to hear from you!
