Needless to say, this was quite a task, and one of the biggest photoshop projects I've done to date.. first I layered Billy, and colorized the photgraph normally... then I decided that he needed some "pizzaz" so I hottened the colors. Next, I added the shimmer around him, then the smoke, and finally the flames. Finally, I forged Chet's name in the place of Blairs, tinted it to look like it was done with a pen, and printed the sucker out.
Looking at the pics side by side is a real eye opener.. maybe it's time I looked for a job useing photoshop!! ;)

Yep, I FINALLY got around to doing Chet's T-shirt!! I was going to do a
Billy Barty Fan Club thing, but this goofiness came to mind..
