Easy Chili
A perfect warm-you-up meal!

2 pounds hamburger

1 onion, rough chopped

1 green pepper, rough chopped

1 28-ounce can whole tomatoes

1 15-ounce can kidney beans

1 15-ounce can Tomato Sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 cup water

1 bottle chili sauce

 Salt, Pepper and Tobasco sauce to taste
     Brown beef, chopped onions and pepper and drain. Add all but the beans to large pot and bring to a boil.

     Cover, simmer two hours. Just before serving add the can of kidney beans and liquid, bring to a boil and serve.

     This dish freezes well. I jar it up in pint Mason jars for single servings.
