non-Jew who accepts the seven precepts and carefully observes them is a
righteous non-Jew, destined to have a share
in the World to Come. And they are:
one should accept them and do them because
the God commanded to do them in the Torah
and He informed us through Moshe our teacher that the Noahides (Gentiles)
are commanded to do them. But if he does them
because
his understanding compils him(i.e.
because he understands they are good to do, but doesn't admit that God
commanded to do them) then he in not of the
righteous gentiles who will have share
in the World to Come."
