"Black magic" and "white magic" are terns used to describe the use of paranormal activities to influence humans and events in the physical dimension.
All so-called magic derives its power from either good or evil sources, ultimately, either God or Satan.
Black magic can be used for good or evil purposes, however, seldom is it ever used for a truly good purpose. Usually what may seem good, is actually riddled with evil, when you look further into the situation. Most of the time, "black magic" is used to hurt or control someone against their will. The source of its power, is Satan, of course.
White magic, on the other hand, can only be used for good. If it hurts someone, in any way, even if it was intended to do good, white magic will not work. White magic derives its power from God.
All magic is based on the relationship of all things with each other. The life force of living things, flows and interacts with the life forces of other living things. To learn to focus and control these life forces, is to learn the art of magic. Whether you practice black magic or white magic, you must be aware of the world around you, not only the physical worldm but the spiritual world, as well.
The difference between magic and "gifts" , such as psychic awareness and empathy, is that in magic, you utilize other living things' life forces and the conductive powers of inanimate objects, to make things happen.
Empaths and psychics use themselves only, as a spiritual conduit to perform the given task, drawing the power, directly from God or Satan, whichever the case may be.
In short, "magic" is an art, that is learned, a "gift" is a power that you are born with.
