Background: The Evil Guy from the 23rd Century is, well, an evil guy who just happens to be from the 23rd century. Tired of being a normal 23rd century plumber, Robert Jones (No relation to Alice or Trevor Jones) decided to become a supervillain and take over the world. His plan to assemble a supervillain team was hampered by the fact that there are no supervillains in the 23rd century! Undaunted, he stole a blaster and futuristic space suit, then leapt through a time portal back to the 21st century. His plan? To assemble the ultimate team of supervillains, then take them to the 23rd Century where he would take over the world.

Unfortunately, not too long after he reached the 21st century, diaster struck. A group of time-travelling Superheroes changed the future, thus erasing the time that he came from. This left him stuck in the 21st century with no way to get home.

With nothing else to do, he's turned to supervillainy to support himself. So far, all he's managed to do is hitch up with a group of amateur supervillains, who are in the process of planning their big break.

Description: The Evil Guy from the 23rd Century wears a menacing, futuristic-looking spacesuit. He's never seen without it.

Personality/Motivation: The Evil Guy From The 23rd Century is proud of the fact that, as an enlightened 23rd Century Guy, he is above the "primitive" people of 21st century Earth. He is overbearing, self-important and looks down on anyone born before he was (which is, well, everyone).

Unfortunately, his knowledge of 21st century culture and technology is somewhat lacking. He doesn't know how to use a mouse, he tries to dry his underwear in microwaves, and he tries to carry on conversations with ATMs.

Quote: "I'm from the future, and I know everything. No, really, I do."

Powers: The Evil Guy From The 23rd Century has no innate powers. He is, however, equipped with a variety of 23rd Century gizmos, including an armoured space suit, gripper pads and a futuristic space ray gun. Furthermore, he's trained to use all these devices in combat.

He does have one severe weakness, however. Being used to the heavily polluted air of the 23rd Century, the Evil Guy has trouble breathing the relatively clean air of the 21st. Without his spacesuit, he tends to collapse into coughing fits.
