Search Engines & Catalogues

• For Aussies I recommend Murdoch, WWW.AU Index, OzWeb,and Melbourne UNI, or why not check out the Surf.
• Catalogue links such as Get Hooked, The Creative Internet, Glass Wings, The Whole Internet Catalog are large enough to be useful search tools.
• babyOIL is a friendly system under development. Telstra's effort is frankly scary!
• I'll put in a good work for my ISP, or maybe try the associated BBS
• The Inquirer is an excellent form based search tool.
• You could always call in at The National Library of Australia or get to know it a little better.
• Looking for some REAL books, Amazon.com is THE place, although Blackwells is also useful.
• Hmmm, still looking? Check out this Mother, Hitchhike, or look at these hot sites.
• If you can't find at at The Black Stump, you won't find it!

• Monash Uni has a few sites.
• There are med sites all over the world, including NIH, NLM, WHO, NASA, Medlink.
• There are many Anatomy sites, a Whole Brain Atlas and Medical Imaging. I must get some psych ones soon!

• It doesn't take an expert to tell that I love Vanessa Paradis and her music.
• Sound Wire, The Aus Music Web Site, and The Wood & Wire Band List are worth listening to.
• Dave's WAV Sounds come in useful, and you can't go past The Simpson's.
• I use CD Valet to play my CD's ... you should 2.
• By far the fastest MP3 search engine these days is Audiofind (see below), with links that work.
