Ephesians 6:12-13 ? In May 1994, three guys from Glendive, MT went into the studio to produce their first demo album.  The resulting demo album sold over 200 copies in one month. CRUSADER was formed in June 1991 when Dan Raymond, Don Bishop and Brian Bishop met at Eastern Montana Bible Camp.  Originally named KAOS (a remnant of Dan's earlier musical projects), the name was changed to Holy Rose soon before their first official performance as a band on November 29, 1991. The band would change its name to Crusader early in 1992, this time for good. Sadly, CRUSADER broke up in October 1995 while members pursued other interests.  While a reformation of the band is highly unlikely, guest appearances with one or more of the other members can be expected.

In their time, Crusader was dedicated to presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ in through their music.  The Crusader theme song ?Winning Warriors (for God)? is about fighting the good fight against the Devil, ?Burning Cross? is direct assault on the evil racist practices of the KKK and ?Christian Unity? is about fellowship among Christians.  While the other two songs on the demo, ?Never Meant to Be? and ?Don?t Cry for Me? are not outwardly Christian, their messages fall within the confines of Christian doctrine and conduct.  The members of Crusader hope and pray that listeners will be encouraged by the message of their music to strengthen their relationship with Christ.
