Neon Genesis Evangelion is a story about mankind after the Second Impact.The Second Impact started when Adam was turn into an embryo something.Half of the mankind survived, its purpose was to stop the angels from reuniting with Adam. It was prohpecied on the Dead Scroll thatwhen the Angels reunites with Adam it will the destruction of everything that was left. The Nerv produced Evangelions to defeat the Angels.With the special children they fought all the angels. Its really a nice story of survival and some relationships, the hardships of the Evangelion pilots as well as the workers. Although its really not for viewers from 10 below. It contains scenes which are very violent and some censored scenes courtesy of Misato and Kaji ^_^'. The anime was produced by Gainax. It has 26 episodes, Movies Death, Rebirth and the End of Evangelion, also I recently found out that there is also an OVAwhere they featured Mana. ( I saw a picture of Shinji and Mana about to kiss.#$%$! * no offense i like Shinji and Asuka better! ). So that's it I guess it really iscool a must see for all anime fans. A little advice u have to watch the whole series to understand it it is really CONFUSING!
