This year The Raggae Sumfest begins onJuly 29th through August 5th 2001 Island activities are optional such as transportation to any of the parade of events that take place
on the island of Jamaica can be arranged with reservation made 24 hours prior to activity requested.

Proof of citizenship-certified copy of birth certificate, which includes father's name.

All land transportation and scheduled group activities describes are provided by Top Cat Enterprises.

and/or JutaTours &Tropical Tours via mini-bus or coaches. No smoking is allowed on the tour buses,
but stops will be made for smokers' convenience. All entrance fees are not included.
TOUR LEADERS:
English speaking tour leaders will be provided by, Top Cat Enterprises and The Jamaican Tourist Board w/Meet The People Program & S.B. Tours, all who are knowledgeable in the Jamaica and West Indies culture.
BAGGAGE:
Includes the transportation and handling of two (2) peices of luggage check in and carry-on person, throughout. Baggage must be within Air Jamaica's weight guideline requirements for air travel excess weight charges are responsibility of the traveler.
GRATITUDES AND TAXES:
All local/government taxes on hotels, meals and services in the itinerary are included. Not included are blessed gratuities porters, waiters, maids and the end of tour gratuities to the resident guide and driver.
ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR TOUR COSTS:
Passport fees, cost of personal trip cancellation and baggage insurance, transportation of excess baggage, all items of a personal nature such aslaundry, beverages, gratuities for extra services, optional excursions or deviations from scheduled group activities, individual transfers to join or leave the tour group when traveling independently, and any item not specially mentioned as included.
RATES:
All rates are quoted in US Dollars and based on tariffs and rate of exchange effective June 15, 2001
These rates are subject to change prior to operation of the Tour.
An Initial Deposit of $300.00 U.S.D. is required to reserve your space,
By March 20, 2001 through April 30, 2001. Extensions until Mayl 05th, 2001
to reserve your space. Full payments of all tour fees, taxes included, and additional
$250.00 USD for single-room supplements; are due no later than June 5th, 2001
Prices are subject to change due to airline or hotel late fee, which must be paid to
prior to departure. If extension is needed until June 10, 2001 There's a late fee of
$ 75.00 that will be imposed and charged to the finial payment for your program.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS:
An intial depsoit of $300.00 USD is required by March 20, 2000 through April 20, 2000. Extension until April 30th, 2000 to reserve your group rate space. Full payments of all tour fees, taxe included, and additional $250.00 USD for single-room supplements; are due no later than June 05, 2000. Prices are subject to change due to airline or hotel late fee which must be paid to prior to departure. If extension is needed until June 15, 2000 with a late fee of $75.00.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
Individual cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to an initial $300.00 adminstrative fee. Additional fees for cancellation is subject to following charge 45-60 days
prior to departure. No Refund of Total tours Price; 14-0 days prior to departure, all monies paid.

not assume responsibilty for cancellation fees imposed by air carries due to itinerary or departure changes, and cancellations.
After ticketing Trip cancellations insurance would be greatly recommended!
UNUSED SERVICES:
Rates are based on group participation and there can be no refund of services or position of the tour not taken. It is also understood and agreed that refunds cannot be made to tour members who do not complete the trip, for any reason.
INSURANCE:
Top Cat Enterprises. The Caribbean Round-Up & Chez Fare Travel & co-Sponsors, S.B. Tours and/or JutaTours &Tropical Tours cannot be responsible or liable for loss, damage or theft of personal baggage and belongings, nor can they be liable for personal injury, accident or illness. We strongly suggest that you check with your insurance agent coverage for any eventualities. Any individual deviating from the printed itinerary will be charged $75.00.
There may be circumstances, beyond our control to make necessary adjustments to the itinerary
(i.e., wether, airline schedule changes, political unrest, hotel requistions, etc) if necessary, substition
will be made to the best of our ability and no refund will be made. Any additional costs necessitated
by the changes are the repsonsibilty of our tour members.
Top Cat Enterprises. The Caribbean Round-Up & Chez Fare Travel & co-Sponsors, S.B. Tours
and/or Juta Tours &Tropical Tours reserve the right to cancel or withdraw this four prior to departure,
to decline to accept or retain any person's membership i iits entirety or for any part of the tour by refunding all payments before departure of the tour prior to departure of the tour, or a propotionate balance of the unused portion of the tour, should such person's health, mental or physical conditions
or general deportment impodo the normal operation of the tour or impose on the rights or coomfort
of the other tour members.

Top Cat Enterprises, Planned Travel & S.B. Tours have no responsibilty , in whole or in part for
any loss, injury, accident, illness, or for any additional expenses or inconvenience caused by
strikes, wars, acts of God, or due to the fault or negligence of any company whatsoever.
All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which services provided. By utilizing services of the suppliers, you agree that Top Cat Enterprises, Planned Travel & S.B. Tours wil not be liable for accident, losses, injury or damage to you or
those traveling with you in connection with you in connection with any accommodations,
Transportation or other services
are resulting directly or indirectly for any occurence or coonditions beyind there control, including
cancellations of or change itinerary or schedule, etc Airline company concerns are not to be held
responsible for any act, ommissions or event during the tome passengers are not on board their
planes or conveyances. The passage contract issued by the carriers and passengers.

alterations, additions or ommissions in the prrogram or schedule when unforeseen circumstances
occur, or when in our opinion such as alterations in necessary for the comfort or will being of the
group. The individual tour members wil pay any additional expenses. Baggage losses are at the
owner's risk, throughout entirety of the trip, unless insured.

Although precautions are taken by the suppliers to guard against such dangers, it is understood your safety cannot be guaranteed.
