Ultima Weapon
On Disc 3, fly to the lake near Junon to see Ultima Weapon hovering above. Fly into him and fight it until it flies away. Follow it around the world map, flying into it every time it stops. Eventually, it will stop near Cosmo Canyon. When you defeat him this time, he will explode, and you will receive the Ultima Weapon.

Parasol
Score 4000 or more points on the speed arena at Gold Saucer to receive the Parasol.
Tifa
Premium Heart
On Disc  3, there is a guy standing next to the Sector 5 gate of Midgar. He reveals that he has lost the key. Go to Bone Villiage and dig around where the guy was digging near the crashed jet fighter to find the key. Put Tifa in your party and return to Midgar, then make your way to the Sector 6 Slums. Remember that item shop that seemed broken? Go there, and the Premium Heart will pop out.
Cid
Venus Gospel
After the rocket takes off in Rocket Town, return there and speak to the guy outside the item store who seems to be looking up at the sky. Talk to him until he gives you the Venus Gospel.
Barret
Missing Score
On your return to Midgar on Disc 2, put Barret in your party and head up the stairs leading to Hojo. The Missing Score is stashed in a treasure box on the stairs. If Barret is not in your party, the treasure box will not be there.
Red XIII
Limited Moon
On Disc 3, return to Cosmo Canyon and speak to Bugenhagen. He will give Red XIII the Limited Moon.
Vincent
Death Sentence
On Disc 2, take the submarine underwater, then search for an underwater tunnel. Follow it, then surface when you reach a dead end. You will see a cave, so disembark and head into the cave. You can also use a Gold Chocobo to get there. Enter the cave with Vincent in your party and talk to Lucrecia. Return in Disc 3 to pick up Vincent's Death Sentence and his final limit break.
Cait Sith
HP Shout
On your second visit to Midgar, when you are in the tunnels, head past the Turks, run to the top of the screen, then take the right path. Continue up, then take the left path to the dead end. Climb up the ladder to get to Shinra Headquarters. Go up to the 64th floor and look in the lockers to find the HP Shout.
Yuffie
Oritsu
In the submarine bay in the Underwater Reactor, there is a treasure box with the Leviathan Scales in it. Grab them, then head to Wutai and up to the mountains. Enter the Da-Chao fire cave and approach the fire, then watch as it magically extinguishes. Search the cave for your prizes. One of them will be the Oritsu.
