Wayne Gretzky Peter Forsberg is the best all around player in the NHL today. His superb stickhandling, agility, offensive awareness, passing, forechecking, and roughness makes him an unmatched force in the nhl!
He has Gretzky like awarness and has the scoring touch of Mario Lemieux. If he wasn't injured this year he would of taken the scoring lead and the MVP. In his seven playoff games against the oilers he had eleven points and was a factor for Colarado.
He has the European touch because he is so good playing defensive hockey and is always there helping on Defense unlike snippers Brett Hull and Pavel Bure. That is why Forsberg is such a complete player, he does everything well!
Forsberg was aquired from the Philedelphia Phlyers in what my opinion was the stupidiest trade in the history of the NHL by the Philedelphia Phlyers!
They gave away Forsberg for Eric Lindros and some other players like Hextall and a ton of cash.
