Spend three days in a block of ice.  ~  7 / 10

That's exactly what David Blaine (nick named 'Magic Man') did. He spent the 27, 28 and 29 November 2000 inside six tons of ice, and survived.
I have given Mr. Blaine 7 out of 10 for his stupidity.





Yell "fuck you" to everyone around for 20 minutes  ~  5 / 10

Alex Peterson of Dubuque ran around local Kennedy Mall telling everyone "fuck you" nonstop for 20 minutes.
In Alex's words here are some reactions :
"This old lady must have got scared and half ran/half walked away. Most people just stared at me like I was a psycho or something. I think a lot of people wanted to kick my ass."
I have given Alex 5 out of 10 as he could have got seriously beaten or arrested.
