Mientras tanto, Joey se enfrenta con las consecuencias emocionales de su beso con Pacey, pasando una noche de chicas con Jen y Andie, pero para sorpresa de Jen, se encuentran con la fiesta de cumpleaños de Henry a la que ella no fue invitada. ?Besos robados? #319 PRESENTANDO A RODNEY SCOTT DE LA SERIE DE VERANO DEL WB ?JOVENES AMERICANOS?-Dawson invita a Joey, Andie y Pacey a pasar el puente de primavera en las montañas en la casa de su tía, pero el viaj está lleno de tensión ya que Joey y Pacey continuan la batalla con sus sentimientos y andie está intrigada por el amigo de Pacey y Dawson, Will, quien está de visita. (Ah...) Mientras tanto, Jen se pone celosa cuando otra chava coquetea con Henry. ?El día más largo? #320 SI PUDIERAS VER LO QUE YO VEO- En una historia que repite las mismas actividades del día desde 3 diferentes perspectivas, Joey y Pacey no saben como decirle a Dawson acerca de los sentimientos que tienen el uno por el otro, pero cuando la verdad sale a la luz, la reacción de Dawson es la que esperaban no obtener ( MALDITO DAWSON ). Mientras tanto, Andie, que pensaba que ya había olvidado a Pacey como para poder aslir con alguien más, acepta una cita con Will, pero su primera cita es arruinada cuando se entera acerca de Pacey y Joey. | ||||||||||||||||||

OK... Lo más interesante empieza cuando Pacey y Joey, apesar de que antes se "odiaban", empiezan a juntar mucho,... debo admitir que hay que agradecérselo a Dawson, ya que él fué el que le pidió de favor a Pacey que "cuidara" a Joey. La primera vez que los vimos "más juntos", fué cuando Joey está llorando sentada en el malecón y Pacey llega a consolarla. Joey dice: "de todas las personas en el mundo, tenías que venir tú"... un poco despreciativa. Y así vemos como poco a poco estos dos amigos se van uniendo cada vez más, como por ejemplo, cuando Pacey fué con Joey a recoger a Andie al centro de digamos rehabilitación mental (por no decir manicomio, ya que estuvo LOCA al haber engañado a Pacey). O cuando todos (o mejor dicho Dawson)
pensaban que Pacey era el que se habia robado la copia de PSAT y Dawson y Pacey se pelearon Joey lo defendió. O cuando Pacey sacó a Joey de clases para enseñarle el bote que compró al cual le puso "AMOR VERDADERO" (¿que le intentaba decir?) Y mientras tanto, Andie culpa a Joey de "sabotear" su oportunidad de regresar con Pacey, ya que, según ella, Pacey, después de hablar con Joey, la había rechazado, pero la verdad es que Joey no dijo nada, fué solo que Pacey se dió cuenta que no valía la pena. En el capítulo #309 "Four to tango", es cuando ya empezamos a sospechar que algo hay entre P & J
por que : 1°.- Dawson sospecha que Pacey y Joey se están acostando (bueno fuera!) 2°.- Cuando están bailando, La maestra les dice que no lo están haciendo bien, que necesitan estar más pegados, y ellos dicen "that ain´t gonna happen" (eso no va a suceder) y luego la maestra les dice a Dawson y a Jen que por la experiencia que tiene, cuando dos personas no pueden bailar bien es por que SE GUSTAN MUCHO (síííííííí) 3°.- Joey se enoja mucho cuando ve a Pacey y a Jen besándose. (¿serán celos?) y luego regresa con Pacey por que "olvidó su chamarra" Después, cuando Joey va a abrir su posada, Pacey hace mil y una cosas para ayudarla a que funcione, y lo mejor, al final del capítulo, la abuela de jen dijo: "Puedes saber que amas a una persona cuando puedes simplemente estar junto a la chimenea viéndolo dormir" y al final Joey está dormida y Pacey se sienta enfrente de ella, junto a la chimenea, a verla dormir!!! Ahí es cuando sabemos que hay algo seguro entre P & J. Luego, en el siguiente capítulo, Joey tiene una cita con AJ, y Pacey se pone muy triste por que Joey no puede ir a verlo a su debut teatral, y se da cuenta de sus sentimientos por Joey, cuando Jen dice: "no vino" pacey-"quién?" jen-"Joey" Pacey-"No me había dado cuenta" jen (sarcásticamente)-"si, ni siquiera la extrañaste" (¡!). En el siguiente capítulo, "The valentine day´s masacre", cuando "Deputy Doug" deja encerrado a Pacey en prisión toda la noche, le pregunta: "qué pasó?" Pacey-"nada" Doug-"Quién es la chica?" Pcey-"cuál chica? no hay ninguna chica" Doug-"Estabas colgado de un árbol todo tomado, tiene que tratarse de una chica" Pacey-"ah, eso..." Doug-"Aunque sea es bonita?"
