Alexis Denisof
"Wesley Wyndham-Pryce"

Alexis spent the majority of his childhood with his mother in Seattle and then attended boarding school in New Hampshire. After high school graduation, Denisof was off to Europe where he ended up in London training at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts.

Much like fellow "Angel" actor, Glenn Quinn, Alexis began his career with a part in a music video. He took a part in George Harrison's video "Got My Mind Set On You" in hopes of meeting the legendary musician but never did end up seeing him. Alexis spent 15 years in the U.K. before returning to the United States to further pursue his acting career. Despite his talent, he was best known through the tabloids in the U.K. for having dated actress Caroline Aherne.

Alexis' character Wesley was originally written to be killed off within two episodes but as he often does, creator Joss Whedon changed his mind.
