Rui
Rui is the best friend of Hiei's mother, Hina. Rui was the one who
threw Hiei off their village in the sky probably because the village elders
didn't know what Hina would do if she did it herself. Before she
threw Hiei off, Rui gave baby Hiei one of the hiruiseki that his mother
cried when he was born. Later on when Hiei returned to the village,
he found out from her about his sister (I think), and I think his mother.
After Rui's talk with Hiei after his return, she recognized him and began
crying as he walked away. She felt very guilty for what she had done
to him so many years ago. Also, Yukina, Hiei's sister, found out
that she had a long lost brother somewhere in the universe from Rui.
