Spike was another creation of Angelus. Together he, Drusilla and Angelus were a evil family. Spike and Drusilla came to Sunnydale after Drusilla was almost killed by a angry mob in Prague. Spike kidnapped Angel to preform a ritual to return Drusilla to full strenght. The ritual worked but Spike was badly hurt when trying to escape afterward. He was in a wheelchair from many months. Spike became very angry after Angel's soul was lifted because he had stolen Drusilla's attention from him. Spike began to heal but kept that fact hidden. When Angel decided to raise Acathla, Spike went to Buffy to offer his help in killing Angel so he could get Dru back. Spike knock Drusilla out and left town with her as he had promised Buffy he would.
