The Long Walk

The four people standing behind Kacie, left the room and let the couple argue their way out of this.

"I don't know Kevin. I guess I wasn't ready to tell you quite yet." Kacie said sitting down at the table.

They ran into the living room to see what was going on. When they got there they couldn't believe what they saw.

They all sat in thw waiting room. Kacie had fallen asleep in Kevin arms and Frala was almost there on Brian's lap.

"Are you ok?" She asked looking at his head. "Yeah nothing that pain killers can't cure." He answered laughing softly.

"Well I went to stand up and my leg went numb and I ended up here with sixteen staples in my head from hitting my head on the damn coffee table." Mark answered smiling a bit and sitting down on the chair and pulling Tracy towards him.

"Are you sure you're gonna be alright Taker?" Kacie asked laughing knowing that he hated people calling him that.

"Hey Kevin and Frala are the only ones allowed calling me that." She said pouting as everyone laughed.

"Well I know that you hate it when someone uses your real name and I hate it when people call me Taker." Mark answered.

"Yeah I'm not feeling too hot right now." She said. "I think I just need a good night sleep." She said looking up at Kevin.

They all said goodbye and walked out the door. Leaving Mark and Tracy in the hospital's waiting room by themselves.

"Mark are you gonna be able to make it without any help. You look a little pale." Tracy asked looking him in the eyes.

"Yeah I will be fine. But you on the other hand I don't know about." He said laughing and scooped Tracy up and carried her out to the car. She giggles the whole way there.

Brian then finished brushing his teeth and came into the room. "That book must be interesting. You have been reading it for three days and you can't put it down." Brian said to her.

"It is interesting. Stephen King is an awsome writer." She answered setting her book down and looking at Brian as he got into bed.
