In 1996 we were introduced to Michael Flaherty, the deputy mayor of New York City. Together with the Mayor and the rest of the staff they run [well try to!] New York City.
Unfortunatley in 1999 Channel 4 took Spin City off the air due to poor ratings. How dare they! It is still shown in the uk on sky's channel Paramont.
